Turn your benefits budget into engaged employees

Workshops, one-on-one coaching, and benefits-utilization help — so the dollars you spend on benefits actually translate into financial confidence on your team.

Why Employers Care

Financial stress is an employer problem

Financially stressed employees are less productive, more likely to leave, and significantly under-utilize the benefits you already pay for. Workplace education closes that gap — turning your benefits investment into the engaged, retained, financially confident workforce you actually wanted.

Financial wellness pays back
ROI for Employers

Financial wellness pays back

Financial stress costs employers in productivity, turnover, and under-used benefits. A structured wellness program is one of the highest-ROI HR investments available — and one of the most under-deployed.

We design programs that respect HR budgets and team calendars: a workshop series, optional coaching, and quarterly benefits check-ins are usually enough to move the needle.

  • Workshop series tuned to your workforce
  • Confidential one-on-one coaching
  • Quarterly benefits-utilization reviews

Frequently asked questions

Good to Know
A typical program includes a workshop series covering financial fundamentals — retirement savings, budgeting and debt, benefits utilization, and tax basics — followed by optional one-on-one coaching for employees who want personalized guidance. We also offer quarterly benefits-utilization check-ins so employees are actually using the 401(k), HSA, and group insurance you already provide.
Yes — every program is tailored to the employer's workforce profile, benefits package, and budget. A manufacturing floor has different financial stressors than a professional services team. We start by understanding your employees' most common financial questions and design the curriculum around them. Sessions can be on-site, virtual, or a mix.
Individual coaching sessions are strictly confidential. The employer is only told aggregate participation numbers — never the content of any employee's session, their financial situation, or what questions they asked. This confidentiality is what makes employees willing to engage honestly, and it's non-negotiable in how we operate the program.
There is no hard minimum. We've run programs for teams of 15 and for companies with several hundred employees. The program structure scales accordingly — smaller teams often work best with a combined workshop-and-coaching format, while larger organizations may support a standing workshop series with recurring coaching slots. The discovery meeting is the right place to figure out what fits your situation and budget.
